Cafe Whitney is both thrilled and honored to have Executive Chef, Christian Flores leading the team with his culinary expertise and passion for great food.

Chef Christian Flores truly knows his way around the kitchen. He began his career in the industry over 12 years ago when he started out as dishwasher and quickly rose through the ranks with his drive, creativity, and hunger for delivering exceptional dishes.
Christian welcomed any opportunity where he could learn and expand his knowledge both in and out of the kitchen. He was constantly educating himself by reading every book get could get his hands on, taking culinary courses and apprenticeships, and practicing extensive on the job training. He has integrated himself in all things food and quickly acquired a global appreciation for all types of dishes.
