Hungarian Meat Pancakes / Hortobágyi Palacsinta – Stuffed with ground pork, served with sour cream and paprika sauce.

Dalmatian Style Fish / Riba na lešo – Snapper skin-on fillet with a side of potatoes and swiss chard, garnished with a touch of lemon.

Traditional Goulash and Polenta / Magyar Gulyás polentával – Slow cooked meat stew combining both beef and pork, seasoned with Hungarian paprika, served on top of polenta.

Floating islands / Šnenokle - Meringues poached in vanilla custard served on petite beurrecookie crumbs, topped with shaved dark chocolate.
