Applewood-Smoked Bacon-Wrapped Filet — $53
This is a true celebration plate. Our filet is wrapped in smoky applewood bacon and served with a crisp potato cake, grilled asparagus, and a roasted shallot demi that brings everything together.
If you want to take it up a notch (and New Year’s Eve is the perfect excuse), you can go Oscar style by adding lump crab and classic sauce béarnaise for +$17, or add shrimp for +$13. It's indulgent in the best way.
Pan-Seared Seabass — $57
Delicate, rich, and lightly crisped, our 8oz seabass is served with a silky brown-butter cauliflower purée, topped with crispy pancetta and shallots for the perfect balance of texture and depth.
