Over two decades ago, Joseph decided to pursue his dream of starting his own wine brand, quitting his corporate job to work for himself.
“My wife Dee and I opened up a bottle of wine and stayed up until 3 in the morning talking about it. The next day, I quit my job,” Joseph says.
Today, Josh Cellars features 10 varietals and a premium Reserve collection of wines.
The event takes place on Thursday, November 17th at 6:00pm at Café Whitney, inside The Whitney Peak Hotel.
The evening will include a 5 course prix-fixe menu carefully curated by Head Chef, Erick Seevers. Each course will be properly paired with a Josh Cellars wine, led by a knowledgeable sommelier. Material will be provided night-of to follow along in this educational journey.
